The ORAT department takes care of the whole process that turns existing airport infrastructure into a functioning airport.
The department is responsible for the overall coordination and organisation of the cooperation between the internal divisions as well as external service providers and other partners. It coordinates with and supervises the airport transitions by implementing effective plans and practices to ensure a secure development of the facilities at the airport.
